I take it you came to this section because you want to know a bit about the person coming up with all this stuff? Well if that's not the case, that's probably the right thing. Then again, I'll be the dictator of what's right and wrong around here.
My name is Derek, I live in Colorado, and I am one of those guys who likes to spend his extra time expressing the creative elements hidden within. I don't take pride in my work, but I do have fun with it. I have other blogs where I express sides to my character, some are serious and some are utterly whimsical. For the most part I get my inspiration intuitively. Sometimes I hear a quote that I like that somehow translates into what I find appealing to the other five senses. Sometimes it's very direct, not limited to encouragement or addressing real life issues. By all means that I am able to do so, I try to keep my political and spiritual views out of the picture as far as opinions are concerned. That doesn't mean I don't include them in a subliminal way to incite intellectual and/or emotional thought.
Some of the things in this blog may be a compilation of different media to drive an idea, some of it may be purely of my own creation. How to find out is a mystery, as my goal is not to take credit for any work that I have done or had no part in. The point is to give anyone an opportunity to be engaged in mindful entertainment that may or may not have influence on present perception of reality, circumstances, or ideas.
